Our Current Rates and Reservation Procedure
Summer
During the summer months of June, July and August, Creekside Manor is available for weekly rentals only. Our summer weeks run from Saturday to Saturday. Check in time is after 4:00 pm and check out time is before 11:00 am the following Saturday. Our nightly summer rate is $275. This does not include the weeks of the Little League World Series.

Non-summer
During the non-summer months we have a 3 night minimum and any consecutive nights can be scheduled as available. The only exception to the 3 night minimum is during the Christmas and Thanksgiving holiday seasons when a 4 night minimum is required. The nightly rate during the non-summer season is $260 per night.

Security Deposit
We also require a damage deposit that is refundable after departure and satisfactory property inspection. A reservation deposit will secure requested dates and is retained as the damage deposit.

Reservation Procedure
Please contact us with your preferred dates. Once we determine those dates are available and you decide that you would like to secure them, we will provide you with a rental agreement for you to complete and return with your reservation deposit.
